By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the Agreement as amended from time to time. If you are uncertain about any of the terms of the Agreement, please contact Skin Matrix before the completion of any purchase. Your continued use of the site following posting of any changes or modifications constitutes your acceptance of such changes or modifications and if you do not agree with these changes or modifications, you must immediately cease using the site. For this reason, you should frequently review these terms and conditions and any other applicable Customer Policies, including their dates, to understand the Agreement that applies to your purchases through the site.

Skin Matrix Right of Sale:

All orders placed are an offer of purchase and are subject to acceptance by Skin Matrix. If an order is not accepted a full refund will occur at the earliest possible convenience. Skin Matrix reserves the right to refuse an offer for any reason. All received funds will be refunded in the method the payment was made. The agreement for sale is concluded only when goods are handed over to the designated carrier. Whilst we understand from time to time one may need to refund and cancel their order prior to being dispatched or after being dispatched, consistent refunding will incur a processing fee of $4.95 to cover our processing and merchant charges.

Shipping:

Skin Matrix is not responsible for customs charges and restrictions that vary from country to country and result from the importation of certain products. The purchaser remains responsible for all charges and fees incurred. Skin Matrix will not amend the sale price on international parcels. In doing so you risk lengthy Customs processing delays as well as our business receiving major fines and penalties.

Claims:

The claims made by all Skin Care Ranges and Brands (except our own branded skin care line Skin Matrix) on skinmatrix.com.au website whether direct or implied are made entirely by the respective manufacturers and not by skinmatrix.com.au

Limited Liability:

To the full extent permitted by law, Skin Matrix makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding any matter including merchantability, suitability for a product or use in relation to any product supplied by Skin Matrix.

Breach and Termination:

If, in our reasonable opinion, you breach any provision of the Agreement Skin Matrix may immediately issue a warning, temporarily suspend or permanently prevent your access to all or parts of the site. In any event, we may terminate the Agreement (and your rights to use the site) at any time and for any reason without prior notice to you.

What information does Skin Matrix retain?
The Skin Matrix website stores data about individuals in order to create an account and process orders. We store the name, e-mail address, phone number and products purchased. If consent is provided, personal data (including the above, plus address, telephone number and notes) may be stored in our CRM system for the purposes of contacting you regarding Skin Matrix news, products and promotions.

How can data be deleted?

Information may be deleted from our CRM upon request to info@skinmatrix.com.au. We undertake to perform the deletion within one month (30 calendar days) and will send you a confirmation once the information has been deleted. Wherever possible, we will aim to complete the request in advance of the deadline.
